Bean Core v2.0 - August 1st, 2016
Introduction:
Bean Cash is currently being maintained and developed by Bean Core, a virtual world-wide company, comprised of volunteers who seek to be stewards of the core
codebase, maintaining it and working to gain consensus within the community. Bean Core is not a legal fiction or a subsidiary of the Global Banking Cartel's vast array of corporate
governments. Bean Core is an ad-hoc group of passionate and vested holders of Bean Cash from around the world.
Bean Core was established on March 19th, 2015 by active members and stake holders of the Bean Cash Community -- shortly after the take-over of BitBean by the community.
Bean Core is comprised of Bean Cash's largest Stake Holders, organized for the continued development, marketing and stewardship of the Bean Cash digital currency and network.
A "Stake Holder" is defined as someone that has a significant investment in Bean Cash (1% or more of current monetary supply).
All qualified Stake Holders are invited to have a key role in shaping the development, market, and stewardship of the Bean Cash currency and network.
Bean Core operates much like a traditional company, with a board of directors, who also act in an executive capacity, managing core Bean Cash development and network infrastructure.
Stake Holders accepted into Bean Core will have a voice in the direction of Bean Cash, and be able to take an active role in its development and stewardship.
The organization of Team Bean is based on a consensus and ownership model.
Large Stake Holders who have invested more in Bean Cash and remain actively involved, have a bigger voice in its management and stewardship.
Bean Core maintains the privacy of its members for those wishing to remain anonymous and to maintain core security.
